we understand the importance of receiving your order sooner rather than later. For regular priced items, processing usually takes 7-10 business days prior to shipping. For all custom pieces processing and shipping time may vary depending on the size of your order. Please keep in mind that customized portraits or sneakers can take 2-3 weeks to get completed.

We want you to be beyond satisfied with every purchase! If for some reason your item arrives damaged, we would be happy to send you another item at no additional cost, once the insurance claim is complete.
